Sooo disappointed! I went to get the micro dose glp1 and the NP prescribed .5 mg the girl calls on the 2nd that they don’t have .5 it’ll be 1mg. Ok, that’s fine. She says I should get it by Friday. Monday I call, never came. Oh it’s on its way, they say. Wednesday I called again and asked about the tracking number. We’ll call you back with it. Thurs evening I call again no one called me back with the tracking. Oh well look into it and call you back. Finally they call and first thing they say,” we found out the problem. It’s not on us, it’s on the pharmacy “. They canceled the order because we don’t have .5. My break is now and I don’t have the meds to take while I’m off of work. Thanks Restore! First, make sure your NP knows what to prescribe. Second, you should have really looked into it

They answered all my questions thoroughly, and were quick, efficient and so helpful as I was feeling miserable from a reaction to a new medication and IV hydration was one of the listed ways to help alleviate my symptoms. Everyone was kind, the IV was inserted with skill and adjusted when I asked. Warm blanket, good back support pillow, TV with no sound (yay) - quiet, regular check-ins. The explanation of how a regular membership works at the end of the session with absolutely no pressure at all. Great place, conveniently located in the Elmwood shopping center. I felt so much better afterwards. I drove home and slept more soundly than I have in months. Highly recommend. I have already followed up to start a regular plan as the pricing is very reasonable.

Incredibly helpful and professional staff. Clean & comfortable environment. I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership on my first visit. Can't wait to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I would give 10 stars 🌟 if I could.

My experience is always a 10/10 when I come to Restore in Elmwood. The nurses Emily, Gabby and Eden always provide excellent bedside manner and a high level of expertise in their services. I always leave feeling refreshed and restored. Highly recommend giving this place a chance in your wellness journey!

Best place to get IVs in the New Orleans area 🩼💯Recommended. My husband and I feel full of life and energy since we’ve been coming here 😁 The nurses are amazing Emily, Gabi, Eden and Karina, the reps and the manager are super nice. They make getting IVs an experience 😃 The red light therapy, cryotherapy and sauna will literally make you feel restored.
