This is not a wellness clinic. It is a business first and foremost. The services offered are primarily not effective enough for actual benefits (for example “mild” hyperbaric is a packaged version of actual hyperbaric benefits that is not nearly as effective). In terms of IVs, the nutrients offered are the ones that profit the most and don’t necessarily benefit the patients individually. I have done concierge IVs years that offer a multitude of additional ingredients restore will not offer as I was told because they don’t get paid for offering those benefits much like Benadryl, Pepsid, etc. The “menu” is extremely overpriced for retail customers that don’t buy into their membership and they push the membership really hard. The customer service was wonderful! This was my first visit so the staff made me feel welcome, and walked me through everything and were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The services I received were fantastic, the infrared sauna was so relaxing and calming. Can't wait to come back and try the cryotherapy!
