I had an appointment here today using a complimentary service through my sister, who has a membership. I was also considering signing up for a membership myself, but unfortunately, my experience made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the door appeared to be locked even though staff were inside. I knocked and no one came to the door, despite it appearing that I was seen. I returned to my car to call the business to confirm they were open, but no one answered. When I knocked a second time, two staff members were inside, and one finally came to the door and asked how she could help. I informed her that I had an appointment. They were not open yet, but I received a text message asking me what I would like to do?And it gave me options.One of the options was do you want to schedule an appointment. I responded, yes.It asked me what type of appointment it gave me options.I checked the one that I wanted.It gave me options for same day.Three different time slots available. I chose the later time slot as I was working during the day and it was very convenient that they offered the late appointment. The last notification I received was that it was my first appointment with them and I would need to arrive ten minutes early to complete paperwork.
