Everybody is just so kind and so warm and welcoming. And are really good about explaining the services and any of the nutrients that I'm getting in my IV drip. I enjoyed the red light therapy, the cryo, the sauna and the IV . I always feel better about myself and life every time I leave there. This place adds pep to my steps. 👍

I had the most wonderful experience at Restore in Bedford New Hampshire today! From the moment I walked in, both Natalia and Andrew made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed — the perfect balance of medical professionalism and spa-like comfort. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated how personalized the care felt — they listened to my goals and tailored the treatment plan to what would benefit me most. I plan to be visiting often and will be trying many of the wonderful treatments they offer.

Restore in Bedford, New Hampshire is an amazing facility that truly caters to your whole body wellness. The nurses (love Jenna and Juliana) and staff are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The team is attentive and always ready to assist with whatever questions you may have. My husband and I have definitely seen a change for the better in our overall health goals and journey.

I have been a member since July of 2025 and absolutely love Restore! I originally came for cryo therapy, but have since started to use many of their other therapies such as red light, infrared sauna and compression. I try and use one day a week as a spa day of sorts, where I do a couple different therapies to help with workout recovery and to maintain metabolic health while training and cutting calories. Very much glad that I gave this a try.
