Grace is phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough. I started seeing her for clinical/medical massage to address the imbalance in my body due to ACL reconstruction in 2018 and muscle soreness from teaching yoga currently. I was immediately impressed by her thorough knowledge and understanding of my medical history and current issues. She uses so many different techniques and skills that change every time I see her. Grace is also an extraordinarily intelligent person - this elevates her well above any massage therapist I have ever visited. She is extremely compassionate and truly wants us to feel better - that is her calling and it shows. Every time I see her, my body, mind, and spirit are healed.

Grace is highly trained and professional, and is consistently taking continuing education in the field of massage therapy to further her craft. Making the choice to see her on a regular basis has probably been the best medical decision I've made in the last decade. She is caring, attentive, and takes a holistic approach to her treatment, meaning she takes all lifestyle and other medical factors into account, and will develop a plan with you to treat the whole person, as opposed to just the strained muscles. I highly recommend Grace for massage therapy treatment.

Grace is outstanding. With my illness I look for someone who does more than the average massage. Grace is detailed, knowledgeable, and takes great care in how she approaches my therapy sessions with her. She has not only made my body feel better but makes my quality of life better. No matter how much pain or stiffness I am having when I arrive, I always leave there feeling like I could I run a million marathons. Grace is a miracle worker.

Grace is THE BEST Massage Therapist, I've ever been to. She listens to my physical condition and concerns with care, and she responds with specific and accurate techniques that leave me feeling overwhelmingly better each time I leave. When I first walked into Grace's door, I was injured, and carried myself with poor posture. I wasn't able to run or do much physical activity and now I'm running ten miles a week (with plenty of care taken in between runs.)
