I went to Restoration Massage as a gift from my Trainer after I had slightly injured my back. I had no idea what to expect. I received the sports Massage and I didn't realize I needed a deep tissue! (Haven't gotten it yet but definitely plan to) Although it was only a 30 minute session, it helped work out those tense muscles in my back. I came back to Restoration Massage for a Relaxation Massage to help my muscles get loose before my PFT and it was the best decision! I left feeling very relaxed, loose, and ready to go! I have never had a massage prior to the other one I had with him. I will definitely be booking that deep tissue after my big test! He is very professional and knowledgeable. It is a relaxing and respectful environment. It was much needed! Thank you!

Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Massage therapy is a medical practice that most people don’t realize is as important as their general doctor. Josh can take care of these needs if you stick with it. You will feel better in the long run. It’s always better to use someone licensed, trained and trusted.
