Resort Nails

Love my nail tech nana!! She is amazing and always gives me a new fabulous builder gel set with fun designs. She will learn anything you send her on IG and always finds ways to improve her service and work with you and your nails. ☺️Plus she is a blast to chat with during your service and is the only reason I come back to this place! I come every 3 weeks and there are some things that management needs to address. - There has been a huge hole in the ceiling with water damage twice now. It is affecting the nail techs as some of them had to move seats, and affects the customers as it is a huge safety hazard. - HVAC also hasn’t been working so it can be extremely hot, luckily the nail techs have their own fans, but this so subpar service for a business to the employees and customers. - credi

I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this business. Within two hours of my dip manicure, two of the dip nails completely fell off (emphasis TWO HOURS). I called right away to report the problem. I came in to have them fixed and within hours the nails that were fixed were covered in cracks and chipping. Over the course of the next two days, four more nails fell off completely and a large chunk fell off another nail. That’s 7/10 of my nails within three days of my service that were damage/fell off. I was told after the initial fix, if I continued to have problems, they would offer a refund. Well, I continued to have major problems with my nails but they reneged on that agreement. I had to call multiple times after they failed to follow up with me. Very unprofession

I've gone to Ty twice now and both times have been out of this world amazing! My first time I got a gel manicure with 3d nail art and chrome which ended up even more beautiful than the inspo picture I brought in. The second time I splurged and got the Mykonos pedicure with the callus removal treatment as well as a gel manicure with paraffin wax and designs. Again I was blown away with how luxurious my experience was and how beautiful my nails turned out. I cannot recommend Resort Nails enough!

I had THE BEST experience here. Absolutely phenomenal. I was early to my appointment and was immediately taken care of. Ty did my soak off - she was pleasant, gentle, and efficient. Nana was absolutely wonderful, and took care of my girlfriend as soon as she was free. Monet was the tech that did my nails (full set with gel and designs, gel pedicure). She was beyond incredible. She is extremely talented, professional, HELPFUL, and made me even more excited about my set than I already was! You can tell she loves what she does and takes great pride in it. I don’t think I’ve ever came across someone EXCITED to do a service for me. Overall the entire experience was outstanding and so much more than I expected. Nana when above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. I wasn’t sure how to ask for the nails I wanted and she made sure I was happy. I was going to get acrylics and she made my natural nails work perfectly. All of the nail techs around me were so talented as well. DEF come here if you’re looking for a high level of artistry and also great conversation.
