Went in with my niece this morning. I selected a fullset gelx. when we sat down- i told the first nail tech i wanted a design, she tells me she only has an hour to work on my hands and might not be able to do design-- so i tell her koo i can wait till theres a tech that can take her time.. we both are ok with this. the second tech comes, i show the design i want(tortoise shell on two fingers only-- the rest is like a dusty pink) she says yes she can do it. Ok -- as we move on she makes the base of the two fingers that were for the tortoise design black. i assume she knows what she doing at this point so i dnt say anything. then when shes done with everything else and has to go back to do the tortoise-- she starts to use the dusty pink on the black😩🙄🙄🙄i stop her and tell her i told her tort
*First picture, what I got — Second photo what I asked for* It’s hit or miss, have been here so many times and have had a great experience but the last time… I was told wanting square French nails is not feminine and should do round. I personally don’t like rounded nails with my hands, so I said “okay, squoval” because that’s fine with me too. I then proceeded to ask for dark pink dip for the “natural” part of the French nails. She seemed confused and said it would make them thick (I have gotten this exact same thing done with someone else no problems.) It’s not an uncommon thing to ask for so I figure alright, she’s got this. I’m getting mani/pedi at the same time. My sisters rehearsal dinner is that evening so I’m trying to relax. When I look back at my nails, they are round and baby pi
This was my first visit to this nail salon, and I opted for the jasmine pedicure. While the pedicure itself was merely adequate, I was disappointed when Andy failed to remove the gel from my toes after the treatment. When the lady inquired about my satisfaction, I felt that I should not have to point out the oversight, given its obviousness. Furthermore, I was charged an additional five dollars, which I paid without leaving a tip, as I was short on time due to prior birthday plans and could not wait for the issue to be rectified.
The drinks were great, and the woman who I’m assuming is the owner was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with Amy, who did my Milk and Honey pedicure, was very disappointing. She was very unprofessional throughout the service—she repeatedly stopped to check her phone and even took a phone call during my appointment. My friend and I both got the same pedicure, yet hers lasted about 20 minutes longer. Mine felt rushed from start to finish, even though we were only part of a group of 20 and not on a tight schedule. I even asked Amy if she could massage my legs a bit more thoroughly, and my friend noticed the lack of effort and asked her to massage my feet better as well. As a busy mom of four, I don’t often get the time or extra money to treat myself to a pedi
First let me say, customer service top tier. I have absolutely no complaints about this. Service well, I got a mani and pedi. Lily did my pedi and I have to say she did excellent work. My mani was awful. I wasn’t asked if I wanted the services separate, fine we will figure it out… but the buffing, filing/shaping of my natural nail and actual paint job was horrendous. The next day I had to go back to get my nails repainted because they already started to chip and there were holes on the side of my nails where the nail polish just wasn’t added. And they kept pushing gel nails for an additional 20$. But my logic is, if you need gel and dip how could I come to you for what I actually want and will pay money for? If I was just referring to the pedicure, six stars…. However… wasn’t great. I may
