I did an extensive research and finally found a place close to home where they offered the treatments I had in mind, I found Resilience Med Spa. I booked a special offer and afterwards bought a great package that bundled the treatments I wanted. I worked with Gesner who informed me to many other procedures and introduced me to Nurse Kay who also enlightened me in detail, gave me her perspective and experience with what would work best for me. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend you visiting Resilience Med Spa for your pampering needs.

incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. i was booked for a 9:30 am appointment, was notified/reminded about it on FOUR separate occasions, including the morning of the appointment, only to get there and not learn that no one is working at the time. matter of fact when i called the phone number given it was revealed to me that they don’t even open until 10:30 am. why was i booked for 9:30 am then?! how does that make any sense whatsoever?? in the email they sent to confirm the booking, they state that if one is late by more than 15 minutes, there’s a no show fee. are they immune from their own fee that they impose on customers? mind you it wasn’t free to book the appointment. it required a 30 dollar down payment. so i basically had to pay to experience this terrible excuse o

super unprofessional and tried to charge an extra fee on the invoice that wasn’t stated the first day and when asked for more explanation no one could explain the fee or why i would get charged it but just said everyone complains about it and pays… the picture on the website is super misleading it’s super small space and everything is open and does not look organized or anything. when asked for a refund of deposit they wouldn’t even give me half back.

I had purchased a Groupon for Resilience Med Spa for the six sessions of laser lipo cavitation treatment. It was for a very reasonable price and located at a good location in Brooklyn. When I walked in, I was greeted with a nice welcome and they already knew my name. The receptionist and nurse and the guy who did my cavitation, was very nice and accommodating. The nurse had explained every process thoroughly and answered any other questions I may have asked. They have lots of affordable treatments for weight loss and for skin treatments and more! I had ended up purchasing another treatment while I was there because I was so impressed by the knowledge and customer service. Thank you and can’t wait to see the results to my treatments! Highly recommend them!
