Cancelled the subscription after my family were Pottsville Republican customers 50 plus years. The New company is politically biased with half of the stories and opinions SCRANTON based. Not to mention the fact that our paper delivery driver showed up maybe 2-3 days out of the week!! When you continually throw the paper at my front window, throw it on the sidewalk..in the bushes or just doesn't get delivered, it's definitely time to cancel. Then to top it off, you finally get through to complain, they don't care! They offer a discount!! NO WAY, A discount for a paper I never receive? What a joke. Face it, journalism is dead...so is the local paper. RIP POTTSVILLE REPUBLICAN

A subscriber for over thirty years I have been disappointed in quality after being sold to a big company. Outdated sports and news items, poor delivery. E-edition is more profitable for company so subscribers must suffer. Big business ripoff.

Haven't received my paper for the last 2 weekends and the week before that on a Saturday. Now today also didn't receive a paper. Called the circulation number talked to 2 people at different times said they would let the circulation department know but nothing has changed but last week money was taken out of my account. Stop outsourcing your phone calls and hire people locally to take the calls.

Cancelled...Terrible news paper delivery!!! They don't show up VERY OFTEN!!! In my opion it's a huge waste of money...no one can do their job correctly these days!!! Sickening🤢

I WANT MY PAPER EVERYDAY. I PAY FOR IT. BUT IF I FORGET TO PAY IT U WILL CANCEL IT. THEN LAST WEEK I GET A PAPER FROM THE WEEK BEFORE. IF IT RAINS IT GETS WET. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE BAGS. I PAY FOR 5 DAYS I WANT FIVE DAYS NOT WET OR ONE FROM A COUPLE DAYS AGO. I DONT WANT TO BE CREDIT I WANT MY PAPER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IT IS BUT U NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ASAP.
