Replenish Massage & Holistic Spa

Andrea is a true professional. She listened to exactly where I was holding my stress (mostly in my neck and shoulder blades) and combined a deep tissue massage with cupping therapy. The deep tissue work was firm and intentional, melting away knots I didn't even know I had. The cupping was the real game changer. It felt like a deep, reverse pressure that pulled the tension right out of my muscles. It was the perfect physical release for all that holiday-induced tightness.

It was a pleasant, healing experience. I don't know how to describe it but it probably has been more helpful than any body work I have ever had. Maybe I was just in the right place for it. I love the facility it is very calming all the way through. And Mary Beth adds to that sense of calm and healing. I found sacral cranial work to be subtle, gentle, yet powerful. I already have another appointment

Andrea was very nice and made my experience amazing. It was one of my first massages and the environment was very comfortable and it was super easy for me to start to feel relaxed. She’s good at what she does and it was so worth it. Will definitely be back

Replenish is very clean and organized with great ambiance. I decided to add a monthly membership because I feel so much better when I leave the spa. Andrea is awesome and so is Mary Beth! Wonderful spa and everyone they are friendly and caring.
