I had such an amazing experience getting microneedling done with Elissa! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable. She was so nice, so sweet, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. She did an incredible job — my skin already looks and feels amazing! You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about her clients. I had the combo package of a lash lift and tint and brow lamination done by Elissa at the Robinson location. Elissa really gives the vibe of a beautiful soul, inside and out! This is my first experience having this service and really any kind of semi-permanent treatment done and she explained the process so well and made me feel so comfortable. I visited Renuva about 5 years ago for microblading and was very happy with the results (I saw Karri). It fades over time so I returned this week for another treatment and decided to try combo/powder brows. I saw Dallas and couldn't be happier! My brows look AMAZING and Dallas made the experience so pleasant. There is virtually no pain (it's numb and I could barely feel it honestly) and Dallas explained what she was doing every step of the way. She is lovely to speak with and the time passed quickly.
