I love Renew You Fitness!! The instructors are very welcoming and so good at meeting everyone where they’re at - whether that’s providing modifications or suggesting ways to push yourself if that’s where you’re at. Such an incredibly supportive community and a great variety of classes and class times to foot any schedule!!

Renew You Fitness is exactly what this community needed! A welcoming group of instructors who push you to work your hardest, and provide a zero judgement zone for all of us at different stages of our fitness journey. Studio is clean (and the ambiance is perfect) there’s a good variety of classes available, and I can’t recommend this place more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After years of having a gym membership elsewhere but rarely using it due to feeling intimidated or not knowing how to get the best work out, I have loved the group fitness classes available at Renew You Fitness. RYF is exactly what our small community needed! The instructors are wonderful, I enjoy the array of classes, and I appreciate the sense of community that is formed in the classes!

Renew You Fitness is a must go to studio for a full body workout. The instructors are amazing and take their time to explain the moves and help you along the way. The classes are so much fun.

The ladies are fantastic. The studio is welcoming and I love that I'm able to book last minute on the app as I have a crazy schedule and there is no minimum commitment. Also, my husband loves Shawna yoga sessions so much, he usually has a tiny nap at the end.
