If I could give a million stars, I would. I just had a session with Kathleen at Renew Massage Therapy, and I genuinely feel like a new human being. I’m postpartum, dealing with nonstop stress, and carrying knots in my back and neck that felt impossible to fix. After one session with her, I walked out feeling 90% better. I haven’t felt this physically relieved in months. Her space is elevated, elegant, calming, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like an experience, not just an appointment. Every minute was intentional and therapeutic. She has that rare mix of skill, intuition, and presence that makes you feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. I never write Google reviews, but Kathleen deserves this and more. Five stars isn’t enough! She is the real deal. I can't wait to go back!

Kathleen is very professional and knows how to make this such a relaxing experience, when you first walk in it’s a welcoming environment by Jon and Kathleen Ren, They show you around and there is seating all throughout where you can drink tea and relax✨ 10/10 service and I will definitely be coming back! Kathleen is a wonderful soul! Very thankful for her healing hands & beautiful spirit ♥️ She takes time to listen to what your problem areas are & works specifically on those with as much (or as little) pressure as you need. There is a big changing room with lockers for your belongings, comfy robes & sandals, a relaxation area with infused water, teas, light snacks. If I'm ever in Wheeling again, you can bet I'm booking an appointment here.
