Renew Head Spa & Facial

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! 😡TERRIBLE! I went into this place to get a head spa and after thirty minutes my hair got tangled into a ball. She couldn’t detangle the hair and charged me $100 even though she made my hair into a BALL. My hair WAS NOT like this before. It was severely worsened after the treatment. I had small knots but not to this extent. This was crazy. She had no idea how to fix it afterwards and blamed everything on my hair. She told me NOT TO PUT ON HAIR OIL cuz that won’t work lol. She was being fake nice that she gave me a conditioner that is $50 LOL. The head spa treatment was originally 30 bucks and ended up charging me for $100 because she messed up my hair. I tried to set angle my hair for the past 48 hours but no use. I went to two salons afterwards but still no use

So glad that I found Rose. It is so rare these days to find services that people really care about what they do, and want to do the best job that they can. Rose is of that caliber for sure! Love, love, love the services that Rose provides. Definitely will be returning. Tried the pedicure one day, and loved her and her quality of service so much that I signed up both my husband and I for a head spa and facial appointment. Our faces felt so smooth and soft afterwards, and our hair felt healthier. Never tried a head spa experience before, but definitely recommend that everyone give this a try with Rose!

I had my first head spa experience today and it was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about Rose and her services. She spoiled me rotten with pedicure, facial and head spa treatments. She has over 20 years experience that is clearly evident with the skill that she performs her services. She also was discussing my up coming hiking trip with me and tailored my services with my outdoor activities in mind as well as recommended treatments for my return. The entire experience was customized to the exact needs of my skin, hair and feet! Good to know … Her products are all natural and organic. The room was peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend Rose and can’t wait for my next appointment.

This by far has been the best experience I’ve ever had for a first time spa service at Renew head spa and facial. I got a pedicure and it was top tier. If your wanting to just relax and get pampered with great service using quality products this is the place to come. She also offers facials and head spa services. That will be my next service. Rose customer service and knowledge is impeccable. Its kept clean also. Give her spa a try you won’t regret it. I will 100% be back soon.
