Visited Sandy Wu for a Biboting demo today. I was intrigued because this 'modern cupping device' combines the benefits of cupping, acupuncture, gua sha (that was new to me), moxibustion, and massage in one treatment. I've had some complications in my recovery from ankle surgery and wanted to see if this would help. Sandy explained the benefits- which for me include pain relief, detox, and improving blood circulation- and gave me some reading material about biboting as it's very new in the U.S. She was very knowledgeable. Renu You Bodyworks gave me a fantastic spa experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and relaxed. The staff were very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The massage was great and took away all my stress. The whole place felt peaceful, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. It was a perfect break from everyday life.
