Anya worked my muscles really well and truly helped loosen up areas I didn’t even realize were holding tension. She takes the time to sit with you at the beginning, ask thoughtful questions, and genuinely listen to what your body needs. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire session. Her pressure was perfect, and she was very knowledgeable about where my tightness was coming from. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their overall wellness. I highly recommend Anya if you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and amazing at what she does!

Clean Studio, very professional and welcoming! Five Stars for Carol! She was very Attentive, professional and thorough. She really listened to what I needed, asked questions about key areas she felt tightness and showed me some stretches I should do to help with those areas.

Great studio with a very professional staff. I have. Been going to Anya for a few months now and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of some musclular attention. I get dep tissue work done and Anya developed a plan to help get my body back on track. She listens and adapts to my preferences as needed. She also does cupping and theraputic massage.
