Renew and Restore is amazing! My whole family enjoys the red light, cry and compression circuit. It has helped me heal faster after a knee injury. My two teenage boys (who are athletes) love to go during their sports seasons to keep their bodies healthy. Great for SO many things!

It was my first time doing cryotherapy. I was a bit nervous and also excited as I had heard so many people talk about the health benefits. Lauren (and Seraphina) were fantastic and made it fun and easy. Afterwards, my body felt great and I left feeling invigorated. They know how to make someone feel special (and healthy). I’ll definitely be going again.

My favorite part of the day is going to get cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy here. It is a very relaxing environment and the employees and owner is very friendly. I truly believe that these therapies have already helped both my physical and mental wellbeing. Also, you really cannot beat their membership prices. With winter coming and seasonal depression affecting so many, I recommend coming in to see if the therapies can help like it has helped me.

The package I purchased included compression, which I wanted for my legs. She said it wouldn’t work well on other thighs and tried to get me to do hips or arms, but those weren’t what I wanted, so I left. Also, the robe she gave me to wear still had the previous customer’s used socks and gloves, which makes me lack confidence in their attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. I really wish I hadn’t tipped in advance. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the red light therapy. I don’t know if there’s any benefit, but it was so relaxing while I was in there. If I can find a different provider, I definitely think I’d like to try doing it on a more regular basis.

Aptly named! The staff here are so caring and genuinely want to help people function at and feel their best. I've enjoyed the whole body cryotherapy and the red light therapy (I recommend doing them in that order), and my favorite is IV therapy. Quickest improvement in well-being I've ever felt.
