We called from out of town and they answered and said they were open and even told us the prices for the hair we needed. They told is everything was in stock and we were good to come in. We pull up and try to get in and both doors was locked. There was somebody sitting right by the door and didn’t open it or anything. So then we went back to the car and tried to call them again and the calls were declined. We called 3 times maybe and nobody answered but they said they were open.

I am going to say I always be so proud when I see a black on anything in a predominantly white area. So kudos to the owner and her business. My only reason why I did not give it Five stars is because I do feel like it could just be a little bit more Organized. It might be because the place is small so it just looked like a lot, but the stuff on display was put up nice and neat. With that being said, organized might not be the word to Describe it. Other than that, though she had really good made bags they were black opaque, and made great material. She had the brand and size lashes that I was looking for nothing not too long, but still have a good flare to my eyes. Customer service she was very sweet very helpful and even let me know that she braids hair. So I most definitely will be retur

I personally did not have a good experience. I scheduled my appointment 1 month ago. I messaged Ruth on Instagram (her preferred method) the day before at 11 AM confirming my appointment. She messaged the morning of that my appointment needed to be pushed to 12:30pm due to a personal appointment. When i arrived at 12:20 pm someone else was in her chair. Her daughter started to braid my hair. They continued to take turns between braiding my hair and her other clients. They kept huffing and puffing stating how they were tired. I did not leave the salon until 10 PM. She rushed me out of the chair to take pictures for her page. I was rushed out of the salon with soaking wet hair & was not given the option to look in the mirror to see the finished product. I asked for medium knotless braids

I went into this store the other day to buy some wig glue & wig caps. I called ahead to see if they had any glue for sensitive skin and a lady answered right away & was super nice! So I went to the store & the lady was again super nice & helpful. I felt very welcomed and I would definitely come back for my hair care needs!

such a sweet person & so talented at what she does. highly recommend to anyone looking to get braids the first time, or simply looking for a new hair girl. She was able to fit me in within 2 days of messaging & for that she’s an angel
