Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

It was a great experience with Jennifer, she was friendly, knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions during consultation. I definitely felt comfortable with moving forward with my decision and the price was reasonable. I’m excited to start my removal tattoo journey.

I paid over 2 thousand dollars to remove a band around my forearm. The first session they went over all but a half inch of my tattoo and the guy said they would leave a little space at a different spot each time. No big deal. I was expecting something like 12 sessions. Next session they said they would only go over half my tattoo because of swelling and blood flow. So instead of waiting 8 weeks between sessions, I will come back in 4 weeks to do the other half. Now 12 procedures turned into 24? Twice the pain of driving out there and getting zapped. It's disappointing to pay so much for one service one time, and the next be told something different. They already have my money so i guess it is what it is, but it still sucks. They are very nice and polite there, but the new policy

Had a great first session at Removery! I haven’t gone through tattoo removal before but they made the process super easy. I was pretty nervous about the pain level but it wasn’t as bad as I thought at all! Very quick, and everyone is super friendly too :)

Dr. Matt and Courtney, Thank you for your exceptional care. Everything from the consult, explanation of our treatment plan, and then the tattoo removal was seamless and very comfortable. Bedside manner and customer service 10/10. Guess I’ll be seeing you often as we continue this process of full body tattoo removal together, but I’m beyond ready for my softer feminine era!
