So this spa is very nice and clean and the staff are nice but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. My massage consisted of zero pressure and my migraine treatment also had zero pressure, i basically spent $150 to have my skin rubbed lightly for an hour. The manager or owner did call me after I expressed my concerns and was very apologetic, but I was surprised that I wasn’t offered a refund or partial refund after she confessed to me that tiger balm (basically icy hot) was accidentally rubbed on my face for a half hour causing extreme burning. i was offered a free 30 minute service but after my experience and the severe migraine I left with, I unfortunately turned that offer down. I would’ve much rather been offered a refund since she admitted my experience was pretty bad and not

This spa is the perfect escape from everyday stress. The staff were kind, professional, and made sure every moment was comfortable. My massage was incredibly relaxing and helped ease all my muscle tension. I will definitely return for more sessions. ⭐ 5.

The Swedish massage was amazing! 90 minutes felt like nothing because of how relaxed and comfortable I was. Caitlin was very professional and asked lots of questions to make sure I was comfortable.

Adrianna is so talented and provided me one of the best deep tissue massages I have had! Love the peacefulness of the rooms and the kindness I was greeted with at the front desk.

Today was our first visit, a couples massage for our anniversary. My therapist was great! The ambiance, the scented piles, everything just seemed to work great! My therapist was very attentive My needs, and ensured to apply little pressure to part of my neck where I had an injury a long time ago. I would highly recommend this place, specifically the west side.
