Their front staff welcomed me the first time I came in, thanks Kimmie!, there was no pressure or hard selling, and all questions I had were answered. I continue to come back and have referred others. I got lip filler done yesterday at a new place since moving to Florida, and it was also my first time getting Botox. They were running a promo (1ml filler + 20 units of Botox), and from the very first phone call I knew I picked the right spot. Jessica got me in same day and was so kind and comforting over the phone. The place is beautiful, and the whole staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had to bring my 7-year-old daughter with me, and they were SO sweet to her — they set her up in the IV room with a cozy blanket, some water, and even asked if she could have a little chocolate. I visited Relive for my first time getting lip filler and Dysport.. The front desk ladies were so sweet and kind! I saw Jenn for the injections - she was very considerate of this being my first time being injected, she walked me through every step of the process and made sure to take it slow when she saw me in pain while injecting my lips. She was very patient and kind! She answered all my questions and helped me decide what was best for me. It’s been over 48 hours and my lips look beautiful and the Dysport is seemingly starting to take effect and I’m in love with both! I would highly recommend!

Love this place. The facility is always clean and staff are always super friendly. Jessica is amazing and always ensuring everyone is taken care of. Marilu is the technician and she is just as wonderful and very informative. All of my questions get answered, staff provide reminders prior to the appointment, and even checks in after appointments to make sure everything is going well. I don’t usually wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes when I arrive for my appointments. There is never any pressure to buy or add things and never any surprises at the end.

I had a wonderful experience with Jenn today. We discussed a plan and all went very well. The staff at the front desk were not only friendly but extremely helpful. Definitely the place to go!
