I am for vacation in Boulder and my Friend bought me to the relaxing station. That was a great idea! When you come in you put in a computer your name and what massage you want to have. When it’s you turn someone will pick you up. You can choose from 1 to 7 the intensity. After the massage happend you pay. I had a chair massage and it was fantastic!! They massaged my back, head, ears, arms, hands and shoulders. Thank you for the experience, I would love to get a massage at yours again.
1st time here, staff ignored me for several minutes didn’t ask if this was my 1st visit or explain their system. Choices are limited for services. Staff talking in their native language, constantly!! I even at one point asked them to stop. Not relaxing! After my backside was done I was escorted to chair that was next to another guest, why ? Then my feet were put in a bucket of cold water, I asked for hot water they added more cold water. The talking never stops among the staff, cold water, and be seated so close to others. Not what I consider relaxing or worth my money.
It’s a good deal but if you want to ask the massage therapist to work on anything specific, most won’t listen at all. So it’s the same massage every time. My neck and right shoulder were hurting and I asked to work extra on those areas and the guy buzzed me off and didn’t focus on those areas as I asked and then was mad at me for giving a 15% tip. He was pretty much rude and growled at me.
This place has always been awesome been going there for years. I feel great after leaving, BUT they have started using a strong fabric softener/perfumed sheet cleaner or dryer sheets on their sheets they use for the massage, and I am very sensitive to these chemicals. English there is not understood well, but maybe I should use translate to tell them that this change is very bad and to use allergen free detergent and no dryer sheets. Sensitive people with allergies would all be miserable there, like I have been the past couple of times I have gone. Update January 2026-- I went back and they have removed the chemical smells from their sheets that you lay on! I had no allergic reaction, so I've been back twice now, maybe someone there read this earlier review because I never did ac
Relaxing station Mike and Baou, wow I couldn’t ask for a nicer people. A massage was deep and I always forget how tired I am until they start working on me. Watching other people work done was great. I did the combo of the reflexology and a full body, loved it. I will return soon. I WOULD RECOMMEND
