Relaxation Station Spa

By far the BEST spa in WNY. Beautifully decorated, clean, peaceful and the staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind, helpful and friendly. My massage therapist is Krystal and I can’t say enough positive things about her. She is exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend booking a massage with her!

I get a facial here once a month now with Melissa. She is so wonderful! I was new to facials and she assisted me in creating a regime that works for my skin type and price point. I'm the type of person that needs to know the details and she is super knowledgeable and walks me through every ingredient, benefit, effect of each step of the process. I leave there looking and feeling 10 years younger every time. And their new space is beautiful!

I have been going here for over a year for a massage and I have had a wonderful experience every time. Steph is fantastic; I always feel better and so relaxed. She really takes care of all the knots in my neck and I’m grateful for that. The entire staff is wonderful and I highly recommend going here for a massage.

Have been her twice. This last time with my husband for a couples massage. It’s clean, inviting and welcoming. The girl at reception was very nice and informative. Sam did an amazing job. We will be back in Nov to treat ourselves again.

Gabe is very focused. Great technique and results. My neck discomfort is gone after visit. Five stars.
