Relaxation Oasis Massage

My husband and I had a couples massage today and was hands-down probably the best massage we’ve had. Contrary to other reviews, we felt relaxed, and that the environment was peaceful and quiet. The waiting room was full when we arrived and when we left, and we didn’t hear any other noise during the massage. My masseuse even offered me tissues after turning over and having a stuffy nose. Throughout the massage both asked us several times if the pressure was okay. I thought both were very thoughtful & the experience was amazing!

After many of my coworkers recommending me I finally decided to treat myself for my birthday! Upon arrival the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. Front desk staff were kind and quick to assist me. Lele did my massage and it was amazing. She really focused on my knots and tension but still kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. Love that hot stones and aromatherapy were a free added option, made the experience so much more relaxing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a little me time with exceptional service 😊 I will be returning!

Actually so disappointed in the customer service. We booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. Their policy is to pay the entire bill before scheduling the appointment officially. I had an 80 gift card. The remaining balance was paid within a day. We arrived this morning at 10am for our reservation + we were turned away because they didn’t receive confirmation of the remaining payment. No communication. I showed proof of payment and was simply met with “oh sorry.” Overall just think if you have the technology to clearly tell if someone hasn’t paid the balance, you should also have the same technology to see if they did before giving away their appointment

Booked a couples massage via text. I am hard of hearing - texting made things super clear and easy. Easily can say it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. No hidden costs. Straight forward. We definitely will be back!

Had a couples massage today that was great, we will be back! The check in process was smooth. The intake form does a great job letting the massage therapist know what pressure, type and focus area to massage or to avoid. My partner chose all the complementary add ons and enjoyed it.
