Relax Zone

Hello everyone, I went to this place for a massage and was under the impression that there were no appointments. Just walk ins. Well I was in with Lucy already and asked to add minutes for my shoulders. After doing 40 minutes of feet. Well a person(white female) came in and asked for Lucy. Lucy told me to get up her customer is here. You can get shoulders the next time. I said, I won't be back a next time because this is first come first serve. I got up walked to check out and as I walked by, I (black female/ Veteran/Army Retired)saw that the female was Caucasian. I said, oh I see. I Got my debit card and paid Lucy. Lucy had the nerve to ask me for a tip. A tip and she made me get up for another person. I WILL NEVER RETURN. A 1 star is too high.

That massage was pretty awesome. 30 minutes and I feel like a new man.

Great place to get a massage. Everytime I go I feel great when I leave. Great service always.

This ocation gives false advertisement. First of all their brochure says that if you get 10 massages the next one is free. I've gotten well over 50 massages from this business and I've never gotten one for free. Then the very first time I come here on a Sunday their flyer says that on Sundays they open at 11:00. We're calling sitting here since 10:40 and the man is saying they will not be here till 12:00 cuz that's when the mall opens. That's false advertisement your flyer says that you open at 11:00. Like many other stores in the mall and yet you're saying on the phone that you will not be here till 12:00. That's not good business follow what you print on paper outside of your business. You're supposed to be here at 11:00 you're ,not and you supposed to offer a free massage after 10 I've
