Very disappointed, the lady at the front desk was very kind and polite, my waxer “Thais” not so much. She asked me to remove my clothes and said she did not speak English. Once she came back I told her that I can speak Spanish and Portuguese so we wouldn’t have any trouble understanding each other (trying to make her and myself feel comfortable). Unfortunately the whole experience was Extremely odd and uncomfortable, she did not say a word the entire time, I assumed her silence was because she was focusing on her job but sadly I was wrong. I was left with so many patches, Once she was done she said thank you and left the room. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had a fantastic experience at Relax and Wax! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. One thing I really appreciate is how easy they are to communicate with, especially when it comes to changing appointments—they’re super accommodating and understanding. The service itself was top-notch, with great attention to detail and care. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a stress-free and professional waxing experience!

Marjan is amazing, so quick, and fun to have conversations with! I started going to her for my first ever wax when I was 8 months pregnant ,and a year later I could never imagine going back shaving!

Absolutely amazing experience! Have been looking for a salon that’s closer without sacrificing quality and this is it! Lauren is great and 100% puts nerves at ease! I mainly get Brazilian’s and eyebrows threaded and was happy with the results! The shop is very clean, bright and luxurious inside. Absolutely makes you feel like a princess. Just be sure to pull into the parking lot that is behind the shop on Church St. instead of the one on the corner of Tennessee St. Fast, friendly and professional!
