Lacy was kind and professional, and also personable and patient. I have gotten waxed before, but unfortunately after my wax I ended up with a several broken hairs and a lot of bumps. Lacy was very kind and professional, really put me at ease, but I was bummed to not have the results end up as smooth as they have in the past. Unsure if this was due to technique or poor after care. Either way, thank you Lacy for your patience and care.
