Desiree is hands down the best waxing person I’ve been to in over 10 years. Quick, efficient, thorough, kind and super helpful/knowledgeable. Let’s be honest, having your bits on display is awkward and uncomfortable, but she definitely makes you feel at ease. I used to get terrible ingrowns every single wax, I haven’t had any since switching to her. She applies the wax differently and it takes the hair, not the skin. Best ever. 🩷🙌👏

This was my first and last time here. I have been getting Brazilians for over 15 years. I arrived and was not greeted or asked my name. There was no sign in sheet. The esthetician took me back right away without verifying I was the correct appointment. I was not given any privacy to undress. Yes, I realize everything is about to be seen anyway, but I’m accustomed to the esthetician stepping out then coming back once I’m on the table. I had an appointment for a Brazilian and asked if they could also do my underarms and legs but only if time permitted. Rather than tell me my leg hair was too short or do a small test, she went ahead and waxed my legs anyway. It was very painful because she rewaxed the same area several times. She told me at least 5 times that my leg hair was too short. I gue
