I’ve been going to this franchise for approximately 5 years. Even when I moved to Cobb, they were still the only company I’d seek out for hard wax services. When I moved back on this side of town and had a service recently, I noticed the customer service went way down. The lady I saw was unaccommodating. I guess they changed owners. Oh well, I’ll be going to a competitor to feel more welcomed and heard when getting services.

I had a great experience this past weekend getting an underarm wax and facial. It was very relaxing and Elle did a great job explaining what she was doing when I had questions about the facial. That was my second facial ever. I am a repeating customer for waxing and never had a complaint!

I love going here for my waxes, the staff are always so kind and so patient. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable before and after any service, if I could give this place more stars I would. I’m happy to be a returning customer and will definitely Relax and wax to my friends because I know they’d get the best experience possible!

Elle is by far the best waxer I’ve ever been to. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and creates such a calm, comfortable environment. You can tell she really takes pride in her work. I always leave with perfect results!
