Refused to honor gift certificate for 90 minute deep tissue massage I received as a birthday present.
Terrible place skimped me on my massage and only did about half of it then once I came out, I tried to tip them $10. The man at the front got very angry and said that’s it? As if tips are mandatory and that was 15% of my service
Refuse to honor 60 minute gift certificate! New owners and service is horrible! Don't waste your time booking an appointment for sub-par services!!
