Relax Pedi Spa

Called today, made an appointment for two, came here at appt time, was told they didn’t have anyone to give us massages. So annoying. Double checked the phone number we called with the woman and with the number on the door and it was the same place. So. Annoying.

BEWARE, brought daughter for a back massage they said $60 for 60 minutes. I can back an hour later my daughter said it wasn't good actually hurt her. I gave them $70 CASH and man said "what's this holding up the $10" I said oh that's your tip. (Even though daughter said massage was not good) He said 20%!!!! I said no a tip is a tip, nothing says a required 20% tip. Lady come out and says oh yeah we require 20% you owe him $2 more. I said WHAT!! She said look online. I said I never heard of such a thing here's your $2 and we will NOT be back. I checked online nothing stating 20% tip required. They should just charge $72 them. Rude, Horrible Service and Liers.

I called at 6:03pm ready to come in for a massage. A woman answered the phone and I asked her if she was available.They said for me to come in at 7:30pm. I ask, are you sure and she said, yes. I was hesitant because I don't normally like coming in late to spa, but I figured I would give them a try. I came in and there was only one guy there.He asked me what i'm getting.I told him i'm getting a sixty minute body and a sixty minute foot. He let out a heavy sigh, like as though I am begging him to do the work. This was the first red flag. I sit down to do my feet, next he did the body. My thing is that it didn't feel like a massage. It felt more like a body scrub. His moves were not slow, deep and deliberate. They were fast like he was scrubbing chicken. Twice I asked him if he can go harde

I will not come back here. The masseuse was trying to make me tip more. He said it wasn't enough. At first I thought he was joking until he started repeating it and tried to up the price of me. Mind you I always tip 20% unless its a bad service
