Relax Nail Spa

I have done business here before and I am highly disappointed! I paid $172 for a mani,pedi,eyebrow wax & eyelash extensions. Only 2 out of 4 services met my standards. My nails did not come out how I wanted which is not a major problem but it really is because I pay for quality. My middle finger nail is crooked. Though the nail tech did not reach my standards I still tipped her. My eyelashes are my biggest issue. I just got them done YESTERDAY & I am currently trying to take them off now. My eyelashes are literally coming off with the removal of the clusters. My eye has been irritated since I left. Too much glue used on clusters and now I literally have no eyelashes. Last note, the owner became very rude because her machine was not accepting Apple Pay. She thought I wasn’t going to pay onc

Love this place!!! I can’t wait to come back! Vivia did my nails today and fixed my brand new full set of acrylics I had gotten earlier at a different salon. A nail tech at another salon did a really bad job so I came here to get them fixed and I’m SO HAPPY I DID!!! Vivia did so so good and was very gentle, patient. She didn’t rush at all like the guy at the other nail salon that messed up my first set. Complimentary drinks and beautiful decor. Really was RELAXing. 10/10

Acrylic Set. $90. Got them done on a Friday, loved the design. On Sunday my thumb nail completely popped off. Then Monday another nail popped off. Got them fixed on Monday. Then turn around Thursday and a two different nails popped off. All nails came off in less than a week of having them done. The lady who did my nails rushed the whole service and rushed the whole time she fixed my other nails. Wasn’t worth almost $100, I will not be returning.

I have mixed feelings. I went for a pedicure and a gel polish on my nails. The actual pedicure itself was amazing, however the polish on my toes was terrible. Every single toe has too much polish (as shown in the picture). As for the gel polish on my hands… that chipped within one day.. edit : Just read their responses to the reviews, that should tell you something. Everyone is not lying ! I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Upon entering the establishment you'll notice the cleanness and organization. The wait wasn't that bad even though there was only 1 nail tech. She bounced around from person to person and allowed the older lady to finish each client. My problem is that I have never gotten healthy nails or the dip powder and it breaks off the same day. None of my nails are completely covered, esp the thumbs. The color isn't on the tops for real. You can clearly see my nails and both have already started to come off and it hasn't been a week yet. Then I paid $15 more than i would have in Alabama. I've never had these problems before!
