Relache Spa

I had such an amazing experience at Relâche Spa on February 18 at 1:00 PM. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt calm, welcoming, and positive. Kathy was incredible — she gave me a full tour, took photos for me, and had such great conversation. She made me feel comfortable right away and really set the tone for my visit. I’m so upset I can’t remember my massage therapist’s name (she had blonde hair and glasses), but she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, and truly made my experience special. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday gift at the end, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. That meant so much to me. Shout out to Marah!! She was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her professionalism and care made our experience easy and memorable. Lia was so friendly and highly skilled as a massage therapist, especially with me being 34 weeks pregnant! Everything was clean, the whole staff was warm and welcoming and attentive. Overall, an amazing experience!!

Kathy gave us an amazing tour of the spa. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the benefits of their fantastic steam room and sauna. I’ve had a chance to stay at a lot of different hotels and spas but this one takes the cake

I am hoping this gets reviewed by management because I have several concerns that need to be heard. First and foremost your staff are great and huge callouts for Sarah, Kathy, and your massage team. 1) I have been coming here since before COVID and used to come monthly. The prices have soared but the value has lessened so now I am every 2-3 months. 2) We no longer are given Prosecco like at other spas for the same prices and we have to buy it but it is flat! Who serves Prosecco that is flat? 3) The high staffing turnover is concerning. It took me three weeks to make 2 appointments because no one called me back. 4) The Tea Lounge used to have lovely snacks and beverages and now it is jars of stuff to scoop and self serve, hardly a luxury experience for a $385 facial! 5) The entire spa is ti

I have no idea how this spa has anything but five star reviews. from the moment I walked into the the spa to the moment I left it was such an amazing experience. The facility is beautiful, the amenities are amazing. There is a wet sauna, a dry sauna, unbelievable rain showers, and so many sitting areas to just relax and have a cup of tea. They also had little things like flavored waters In many different flavors which I loved and trail mix. The staff is top notch! So kind and so willing to help you have the best experience you can. I was lucky enough to be one of the only people at the spa at the time that I went 9am.
