I was super excited to get my hair done here since I have a new baby and haven’t had my hair done since February. I communicated with Cassidy prior to the appointment and sent her pictures of my current hair and pictures of what I would like (which I know it won’t come out exactly like pictures) when I got there she asked me how many low lights and highlights do I want and asked if I wanted more of the other or for it to be even and I didn’t know what to say so I said even? thinking she was aware of what I needed since we discussed it and I showed her the pictures and she is the hair professional. I’m clearly not an expert on hair. As she was doing the low lights I stopped and asked her if she thinks it will be too dark and she said no. After my hair was done I was pretty shocked and said
