Rejuvenate

Went for a pedicure mostly wanting my feet massaged and to sit in the massaging pedicure chair. No chair! You literally sit in a dinning chair and they bring a Conair foot bath to you. No massage, no getting the the dead skin off your feet. I wanted some pampering and I got nothing more than what my kids could do for me. Had to go somewhere else the next day and was asked when my last one was because I had polish all over my toes. Maybe the owner did not read that I really just wanted my feet massaged and did not receive that. Your response states that you are a day spa that focuses on massage therapy and skin care. I did no get that at all. A pedicure is advertised on the website as "A classic pedicure including exfoliation and a hydrating massage" That is not at all what I got!

Not worth the trip down from Charlotte...pedicure polish already peeling within the hour.. got this as a gift...disappointed... I literally have the same foot bath they use and they have 1 violet light they alternate between each foot! Not against anyone trying to make a $ so i tipped but won't be back. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice and meant well but they should not be in the pedicure business!! I still have spots where the old polish was not completely taken off...should have saved myself the gas...SMH

I was having some serious back pain. My doctor couldn't figure out what was causing it, neither could my chiropractor. I went to iRejuvenate and Kay was not only able to help me find relief but also able to help me with stretches to do at home to prevent the pain from returning. I was very pleased with the massage, especially traction and the stretching session we did at the end. I had never been stretched by someone before and I could really feel how much deeper the stretch could be after massaging the muscles. Great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs bodywork done!

The ONLY reason they get one star is for the massage therapist, who does not seem to be very knowledgeable about injuries or specific areas to work on. However, she was pleasant and the room was clean and quiet. After finally just asking her to work on my calves and arms, I got a good "limb" massage, but couldn't stand the back area any longer - it was neither relaxing or therapeutic. I have numerous injuries that have required massage therapy for the last 20 years, so I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to different techniques, various areas to target, intensities, etc., and this was more like a massage an untrained friend might give to someone. Again, she was very sweet and tried "to the best of her ability." My daughter agreed as she's been going for years too. The manicure/pedicure

Key gives the best massages. The prices are very responsible. The use of essential oils makes the space smell amazing. I always get the muscle melt massage. I look forward to trying the deep tissue massage someday.
