Rejuvenate Full Body Spa

I have taken advantage of Rejuvenate's Fire and Ice and Float therapy multiple times over the past year. As a 40+ year old woman who is very active, these services have been a game changer for my recovery but also, as a mom, for carving out time to relax. The spa is always clean and offers a very warm/relaxing atmosphere. The staff continues to be welcoming; no matter who is working. I'm always met with a smile and a willingness to explain any of the services as well as a follow up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the services. Having researched similar spas in the area, the prices here are very reasonable. Overall, this place offers a great experience and ticks off all the boxes for wellness, hospitality and price.

For a first float, this was a great experience. Quiet. Warm (plenty warm). Relaxing. Made some notes for next time. I came out of the pool way more relaxed than I even expected (I'm a hyper aware person so it takes a lot) and I would definitely do it again. Facility was clean, calm, relaxing and the receptionist was kind and patient with the newbies.

Rejuvenate has been awesome for our wellness journey. We turned to them to investigate contrast therapy and couldn’t be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, willing and able to answer any questions we had. The sauna and cold plunge tub are always super clean and the room is nicely appointed. You get the whole room and really feel like you’ve stepped away from the world outside. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sauna, cold plunge, or both. My husband feels like his knees are brand new and I feel energized after a session. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!

This spa is truly amazing!! I came in for float therapy and ended up trying the fire & ice experience and a massage—everything was outstanding. The environment is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The staff explains every step and makes you feel totally comfortable. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. I can’t wait to come back!

There aren’t enough good things I can say about this spa. I have truly enjoyed and benefitted from so many of their services. The Fire and Ice experience is something everyone should try at least once…I’m hooked! The Float was the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time and has helped realign my body multiple times. The hot tub as well as red light therapy have provided quick relaxing tune up’s while the massage services that Sara provides are by far the best around. You will not be disappointed by anything you choose to try at Rejuvenate. To the owners and staff keep up the great work and thank you!
