Reina Nails

This business scammed my senior citizen mother out of $200. They took advantage of her vulnerability. They told her that her credit card declined and asked her to pay cash. Come to find out they took both forms of payment. When my sister took my mom back to the shop they denied taking the cash. It’s disgraceful to exploit elderly customers, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about honesty, integrity, or your loved ones stay far away. By the way- they have a receipt on their page with a forged signature…. I guess they don't realize ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO FORGE SIGNATURES AND STEAL MONEY FROM SOMEONE!

My girlfriend came here to get her nails done for her birthday, her appointment was 6:30 pm they finished at 8:30 pm. My gf had reference pictures of what she wanted done and they nail “tech” didn’t even follow instructions on what she wanted done, my gf paid $70 for shitty nails, all the nails are a different size.. overall they suck and won’t ever come back here. What a waste of time and money. Better off just going to somewhere else

They have been reported to have not clean their materials as people have gotten infections on their nails. They also completely scammed one of my family members by saying her card declined when it approved but then made her pay in cash or else she couldn’t leave. They are sick individuals who need help. They also dropped something on my family member and when this family member asked what that was they completely brushed it off and said it was nothing. Now she has bad upper back problems where the impact was which caused her to go in and out of the hospital in horrible pain ever since she visited there. I personally don’t recommend coming here at all.

would put 0 stars if I could, but I don't have the option. these people scammed my grandma out of 200 dollars, took it as a tip so it's not in the system. they said the card declined but it approved and still took the other 200 dollars

The photo you have on your page of the receipt from that incident, it has forged signature, hope you know thats illegal. Let 0 stars be an option.
