I offer a single star because the people behind the desk are nice, but this is a strict corporation with zero humanity outside of the help desk you’ll interact with, and I don’t recommend anyone do business with them. If you work for Regus and have any ability to refund me the money you’ve overcharged me, please contact me! They’ve overcharged me multiple times and instead of repaying me, they just use that credit to pay for future lease payments without my consent. I’m owed hundreds of dollars at this point with no direct contact with anyone who has the power to do anything. It’s insulated communication where the secretary sends a request to higher ups and weeks/ months go by where nothing happens. If you're looking for a short-term rental, this place might work for you. However, if you're planning to stay long-term, I strongly advise against it. They drastically increase rates—sometimes by nearly 100%—and use aggressive tactics to lock you into new terms. Their auto-renewal kicks in four months before your lease ends, leaving you little room to negotiate or opt out. These predatory practices can trap you in an unfair lease extension with an outrageous price hike. Proceed with caution.
