Regus - Virginia Beach - Lynnhaven

Do not get an office or a virtual one here! Do not rent a virtual office or mail address here. I have my virtual office here and had mail forwarding. They were horrible at forwarding the mail so I stopped paying for that service. Even picking up my mail they lose it all of the time. I am constantly having to ask clients to resend checks and even my tax stuff is always getting lost! DO NOT TRUST them. The front office staff is always turning over so besides one person, the other people are always new. Half the time when I go there to get what little mail makes it to me, there is almost always a sign at the front desk saying they have stepped away and will be back. Sometimes I wait for a few minutes and sometimes I end up leaving because it takes too long for them to come back. I have spoke

Where to begin... 1. Signed up for Virtual Office online months ago 2. No-one onboarded me, i tried over and over. Very awful communication, no-one to call or speak to 3. I visited the office, boxes stacked up everywhere, no attendant, no anything - looked fake!!! Dirty, dead, and looked like a storage unit 4. I called Regional and they apologized, said they would refund me for what I had already paid 5. NOPE!!! Still getting charged, and everytime I call this office, no-one is there 6. I have called now maybe 5 phone numbers, sent countless emails 7. Yesterday - of course, got charged TWICE!!! I want this company to refund all my money and stop forcing unlawful charges IF THIS DOESN'T SHOW YOU THE ETHICS OF REGUS, WHAT WILL?

I'm not sure that I've ever given less than a 5 star review, but the software at Regus is incredibly dated for being a company that offers virtual offices. I tried fighting a 30% late fee simply because my card expired and I added a new one before the payment due date; it clearly didn't take multiple times after completing the update process which I feel proved the error wasn't on my end, but they preferred to keep that late fee over my continued business. Every inquiry took 3-5 follow ups on my end to get any attention, and their response usually started with: "sorry for the delayed response" and ended with no resolution. I will never go back.

We have suffered issue after issue here and would not recommend this Regus location for a Virtual Office or in-person office. Staffed hours are highly erratic and they seem to be having trouble keeping anyone with a consistent schedule at the front desk. We have also had multiple billing issues that take months to resolve and require my constant intervention. There is limited communication from management about what is being done to correct said issues, and I am often left with weeks going by between responses and have had to follow up repeatedly for the same issues again and again.
