From the front desk team to the facilities crew, everyone goes out of their way to make sure tenants and visitors feel welcome and supported. They are quick to respond to any requests, keep the building well-maintained, and create a positive, professional atmosphere. It makes a big difference working in a building where the staff truly care about the people inside. Highly recommend!

The Marketing system that ready set boom offers makes it very easy to communicate with current and future customers. Their easy to use features and staff training makes it easy to keep everything organized while you're on your way to building your companies 5 star reputation. It is clean, accessible and a decent place to conduct meetings. But this place needs minor upgrades..Not having HDMI cables to connect, using old Projectors is awful. Replace with Big flat TVs and allow wireless connections. Also, there is a need for refreshments area of some vending machine at least for a quick bite.

My small business had gone to Tim Scaggs over at Regus in Stamford to find a flexible option that would be affordable for us. Fast forward 1 year, 300+ emails later and we are still getting claims companies, the Regus help desk and other parties contacting us because of a mistake that Tim and the regus organization made from the get go by accidentally opening two accounts for us. No one will ever get back to you with an answer, they simply pass you off to the next person and make it their problem. It’s too big of a company for small businesses without leverage to work with as THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
