Regus - Short Hills - 51 JFK Parkway

I use Regus for a virtual address for my business. After a year there, my business does not come up at this location when searched, and they increased my fee by 32% with no warning. It took numerous emails and phone calls before I got ahold of someone only for them to tell me that if I cancel, then I'm still responsible for the full annual amount. Or I can go month to month at an even higher rate. It's a bait-n-switch. They know that it would be an inconvenience to switch all your business information so they go ahead and charge you what they want. SMDH. The only nice thing is the location. Buyer beware, they have a F rating on the BBB.

This location is fine for the space but is run horribly. They charged me a visitor fee when they weren't supposed to and have refused multiple attempts to fix it so am now working with corporate to try and get it fixed. They should focus more on customer service and less about being nasty and socializing.

Just signed up two days ago and was charged twice for the same service. I have been calling the help desk number consistently and have gotten no response. As the “help desk” is always close and there are no other avenues on the site to contact anyone. I’m happy I only did the one month as a trial because I wont be continuing with their service.

The Regus office at 51 JFK Parkway is awesome. Great location, environment and offices to be productive all day. Andrea Parson is very helpful, attentive and responsive. It has been a blessing to work out of this location during the pandemic. Thank you Regus! Thank you Andrea!

Friendly employees and nice space. However, corporate has extremely shady invoicing practices and local employees have no ability to help. Would avoid unless you can pay cash.
