Terrible company. Unique combination of "global company indifference / local company unsophistication". Space itself is mostly ok and even nice but the administrative support is greatly lacking and so everything seems fine on paper until you have a question about an invoice, need to make a switch to your contract, or disagree about the timeliness of when a credit is refunded (I speak from experience on all of these). Also, while they promise you the ability to easily switch your contract to a different geography, it never really works out that way in practice because their "global rates" are not honored or the same type of space is simply not available.
