Regus - Reno - Downtown

Writing reviews isn’t really my thing, but I am so incredibly appalled by the local team here in Reno that I feel it’s my public duty to inform any innocent potential tenants of just how horrific their billing practices are. In August 2025, my office lease ended and I coordinated months in advance to change to a “Membership” program. Essentially, I no longer have a dedicated office, but my membership allows me to use any Regus office location up to 5 days per month, use them as a mailing address, etc. In August, they sent me the final invoice for my office space which included a one-time “restoration” fee. This was fine and expected, but they billed my credit card twice for this. I have sent multiple copies of my credit card statements to the local staff and corporate and here we are on

The on site staff is under constant turnover, though there have been some good ones at times. The corporate office auto renewed my lease after I called and wrote them asking to cancel. They never returned either form of contact. Prices are very high and offices very small but I suppose the prestige of a downtown office might make that worth it to some.

Generally chill office, it’s quiet, good location, great natural light. It’s weird that the bathrooms require a key. Makes the office space feel more like a gas station.

Update** - We have been disputing now for 90+ days, cancelled our account 5 months ago and are still being charged. Terrible. Avoid. Been being billed 3x and 4x per month and have been disputing it for over 30 days now. Do not use Regus.

Just wanted to check the location for future meetings with my Reno Business Parnter. Very nice building and location.
