Terrible company to do business with. Impossible to speak with anyone helpful/ useful. After paying a year worth of service of which was never used. I inquired to suspend service until business picked up. Alert: it's not an option. Needed to cancel service via the App, inwhich I had trouble doing so. No one was helpful. Finally ended the agreement. Was charged 6 months of so called service there after. Finally Spoke to a Gilberto. Explained the situation and was told that he will look into the matter and give me a call back. It never happened, now I'm in collections. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They just don't care.
Literally impossible to try to book, wasted an hour, bounced around and transferred non stop just to get told $70+tax to work for 4 hours. Skip this headache
