Rosie, Sweta and the Regus team are very helpful and very personable! They take care of everything form Customer Service, IT troubleshooting, Mail Delivery, Kitchen and shared space upkeep, Community meeting room bookings and more.

The staff here is very friendly and professional, they make sure I have a nice office space every time. The facility is modern and clean and my clients have commented that they like it as well. There is easy parking and a bunch of good lunch spots walking distance.

My experience at Regus has been excellent. The modern and flexible workspace suits my needs perfectly. Carolina, in particular, has made a significant impact on my experience. She's not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the facilities and services. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, Carolina is quick to help and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The amenities, including high-speed internet and coffee stations, make work more efficient. The networking opportunities have led to valuable collaborations. I’ve been here a little over three years. A very nice experience. Staff is always helpful and works so very hard at keeping this facility clean and tidy. Carolina and our new manager Palillavi are the best. I know I can depend on them to provide the right answers for all of my questions. And they are always so patient with me. I am a bit slow learning and trying to be tech savvy. The building and grounds are beautiful and close to downtown Pleasanton many places to eat nearby. and access to the freeways are just a couple of blocks away.
