Regus - Ontario - Waterside Center

My experience with Regus at the beginning was a rough start, however I’m glad I stayed with it. Initially, I was coming in a few days a week to rent a space for a few hrs. Now, as a practice owner I can call this place my own. Blanca, has been tremendous at helping me with this journey and very accommodating when needed. She was there to hear me out and found every solution to make things work. Anthony, always go over and beyond to help with anything that I need and had been generous since day one. I appreciate all that Regus has done for me and the respect that they provide. The location near the water is what I needed to get through my day, and the environment is so serene. Thank you!

Absolutely awful customer service and poor communication. I rented a small 30sq.ft space, just enough to fit a desk and chair for 6 weeks. At the time of signing contract the sales person promised there won’t be any additional charges and I was not checking my app regularly. I got $212 charged as retrofit fee and a week later I got another $50 in late fee. There was not a single nail or dirt in the space. That is more than 50% of hidden costs compared to a months rent. There was no email sent about the charges before late fee was added. The person at front desk asked to submit a service request through their app which I did about additional charges and there is no response for last 3 weeks. Stay away from this place as there are lot of hidden costs. And on top of all this, the washrooms a

Never leave your card info with them! Them or their system will try to wipe your card out, Then they will reply with “we will help you out within the next business days” on a business day. Zero trust
