Cleo is an absolute gem! She is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm personality make a huge difference in the client experience. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication.

Parking signs in parking garage say 4 hours went to the gate to be let out lady really rude over telecom said it’s 20-25$ for 3 hours mind you sign says 4hours. She said 3-4 hours you’ll be charged don’t park there instead park across the street 20$ valet if that’s the case.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/5 STARS!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional company that has tons of hidden fees. Be aware when signing up with this company that you will receive $30+ a month extra in hidden fees. I reached out to this Branch and spoke with Erika. She informed me they automatically enroll you in mail forwarding whether you agree to it or not and are charged $30 a month for this. I called to get a refund and none was granted. I have been with this company for literally 61 days and have been billed 2x/month for 2 months straight. I REPEAT, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/5 STARS!!!!!!!!

I’m located at the One Alliance Center, building 1, suite 1500. I enjoy my experience with Regus. Staff members Cleo and Kay have been exceptional in their communication in what I have acces to as a tenant and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They’re always here to answer my questions and help with any access issues I may experience! I’d certainly recommend this place to others
