Scam company. Only customer has responsibilities, Regus never has, no matter what they promised or sold to you. Contract doesn't have cancelation clause; they will try to make you pay every penny even if the office room is not able to be used as it was said. People are inflexible and ignore your requests. They don't care about your business or how much money you are losing while they don't resolve any trouble they have caused. This is Regus! EDITED: 03/26/24 at 02:38pm: "We are sorry to inform you that your credit or debit card payment has been declined by your card issuer and your invoice has now become overdue." I'm still getting charges for something never used. Customer service doesn't exist :(
