Regus - Newport News - Oyster Point

I was planning to move to Regus! Before move in my husband breathing was getting worst because he has Pulmonary Sarcoidosis! I need to be with him. Move in date was July 1st. I contacted them to cancel. I never paid them any money. I was told my they did not care and I need to pay $8541. 36. Please stay away from this company. I tried to see if I could push my date back some or get out of this. No response.

The location is clean. The receptionist Tiffany is very warm and friendly.

There are two other places to work in that same area. I recommend those. I was only in town for 2 weeks so I called to make sure I could only pay for those two weeks (because I read the terms of the membership). The guy I talked to on their customer service team assured me if I signed up for the 10/day plan I could immediately cancel and wouldn’t be further charged. That was wrong. Because I was charged for the whole month of July, even when I was told I would not be. I won’t be here in July so what am I paying for. I’m addition, they charged me twice for the initial charge. When I tried to tell their customer service, they were very dismissive. Like it was my fault I got charged twice. The only reason they get 1 star is because the front desk staff are nice. Be careful entering into an agreement, I was late canceling by 24 hours and they charged me an entire extra month. These are the kind of people you dont want to do business with. Everything is an upsell and then when you need them to help you, they turn their backs.

Customer service is dismissive and will suggest raising a case with the help desk, which does not help. Be careful signing an agreement with this company.
